The young adult will be using light weight or their own body weight during a variety of different strength and stamina exercises for about 45-60 minutes.
By consistently exposing the body to different strength and stamina exercises it will elevate the level of fitness for the participant. This session will get the young adult into "shape". For the more advanced young adult it will get them ready for their upcoming season and even keep up the fitness level of the athlete during the season. Lastly, for the young adults not playing any sport, it still has huge benefits. Tt will help aid in losing weight, building stamina and self-confidence.
Coach Bentley has coached football at the high school level for over 20 years. Many of the athletes he has coached have gone onto be all division, all county, and all state while in high school. Many of his layers have gone on to play in college and beyond. Preparation is key to success for anything , especially while on the field or court.
