WRP App Waitlist Instructions

If you are on the waitlist for a class and a spot opens up, you will receive an email notifying you of the available opening. To claim the spot: Open the email as soon as possible. Click the button in the email to enroll in the class!

Please Note:

The first person to respond and complete the enrollment will get the spot. Unfortunately, the app does not assign open spots based on when someone joined the waitlist. We understand this can be frustrating and apologize, but this is a limitation of the system and beyond our control.

How to reserve your spot for a class

Please reach us at bruce@wandaswrp.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

To avoid disappointing members who may arrive at the gym for classes and find the class is full, advanced reservations are now required to ensure your spot in ALL classes (excluding Fit 4-Ever). Our group fitness classes have generated so much excitement that reserving your spot in advance is essential. 


Reservations are now made through our new app. Members can sign up for classes up to 26 hours in advance.

Unclaimed spots will be made available to walk-ins 5 minutes before class begins, based on availability. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. 


Unfortunately, no. Due to limited class capacity, all reservations made will be held until 5 minutes prior to class start time. If a spot is vacant 5 minutes prior to class start time, that reservation will be given to a member in the stand-by list. 


Cancellations must also be done through the app. You may cancel anytime up until 1 hour before the class start time.
If you need to cancel less than 1 hour before class, you must call the gym at (631) 878-0005.
If you fail to cancel on the app and/or over the phone, you will receive a strike. After 3 strikes, a $3 no-show fee will be charged.
